We currently offer virtual therapy sessions at this time.

Sessions are typically 60-90 minutes long. It depends on the session type booked.
Frequency depends on your needs, but many clients start with weekly sessions and adjust as progress is made.

Valorous Wellness is a cash-pay practice, meaning Valorous Wellness does not accept insurance. We do not provide superbills.

We require a 24 hour notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or missed appointments will be subject to a fee.
